We carefully prepare each order with the same nurturing attention we give our plants. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipment.

- Recommended for time-sensitive orders
Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 days after shipment
- Available for orders over $50
Please note: We do not ship to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Home Fruit Tree, we’re committed to helping your garden flourish. While we carefully nurture every plant before shipment, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. Our policy is designed with the same care and attention we give to our precious plants.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of plants. Please inspect your plants immediately upon arrival and contact us promptly if there are any issues.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return or exchange, your items must meet the following conditions:
- Plants are in their original condition and packaging
- Plants show clear evidence of damage during shipping (photos required)
- Return request is made within 15 days of delivery
- Original order number is provided
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the delicate nature of living plants, the following categories cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped:
- All fruit trees and plants (Apples, Pears, Kiwi, etc.)
- Vines and unusual vines
- Berries (Blackberries, Blueberries, Currants)
- Ornamental plants
- Hops and grapevines
Exception: Plants that arrive damaged or dead due to shipping issues are eligible for replacement.
Return Process
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Care
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
Step 2: Provide Required Information
Include in your email:
- Your order number
- Photos of damaged items (if applicable)
- Reason for return/exchange
- Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
Step 3: Wait for Approval
Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and shipping address if applicable.
Step 4: Ship Items (if required)
For non-plant items, ship using a trackable method. For damaged plants, we may not require return shipment.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we approve your return
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item. Exchange shipping is free for orders over $50.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your plants arrive damaged or you receive incorrect items:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damage or incorrect items
- We’ll arrange for replacement shipping at no cost to you
