How long does shipping take?
We offer two shipping options:
Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 days after dispatch via DHL or FedEx
Free Shipping: 15-25 days after dispatch via EMS (available for orders over $50)

Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days before dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide to most locations! However, we’re currently unable to ship to some Asian countries and remote locations due to agricultural restrictions and shipping limitations. International orders include all necessary phytosanitary certificates for smooth customs clearance.
How are plants packaged for shipping?
Our horticulture team specially packages each plant with moisture-retaining materials and protective cushioning. We ship plants in climate-controlled conditions when necessary and schedule shipments based on weather patterns and your local growing season to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! For Standard Shipping orders, you’ll receive tracking information the moment your order ships, allowing you to follow your plants’ journey from our nursery to your garden. For Free Shipping orders, tracking may be available depending on your location.

Is there a minimum order amount?
There’s no minimum order amount, but orders over $50 qualify for free shipping via EMS.
